Technical Support / Senior Technical Support

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate system installation and upgrades with the customers;

  • Provide user training;

  • Handle & Troubleshoot customer technical enquiries;

  • Responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support/ helpdesk support to customers including system diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing.

What You Offer

  • Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

  • 2 years or above of working experience in IT supporting;

  • Financial industry experience is preferred;

  • Knowledge in Window Server, TCP/IP and MySQL is a plus;

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility;

  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges;

  • Passionate with strong commitment in IT career.
